This medicine is used to relieve various types of pain including headaches, toothaches, pain in the throat and ears, joint pain and neuralgia, muscle pain, and menstrual pain. It is also effective in reducing body temperature and alleviating chills when fever is present. It helps reduce discomfort caused by common pains and fever in daily life, making it suitable for managing both pain and fever. Therefore, this medication is used for both pain relief and antipyresis.

How to take

Adult dose

Take up to three times a day while avoiding consumption on an empty stomach. Ensure a gap of more than 4 hours between doses. Adults (15 years and older): 1 tablet at a time.

Precautions

This drug may put a strain on the liver; therefore, those who regularly consume more than three glasses of alcohol daily should consult a doctor or pharmacist before use. If severe rashes, blisters, or itching occur while taking this medicine, discontinue use immediately and consult a professional. As it contains acetaminophen, be careful not to exceed the maximum daily dose of 4,000mg, and do not take it with other medications containing acetaminophen. Those allergic to this drug or its ingredients, individuals who have experienced asthma attacks, and infants under 3 months old should not take this medication. Avoid taking this with other antipyretic analgesics, cold medicine, or sedatives, and it is advisable to consult a doctor or pharmacist before use. Children who have had or are suspected to have chickenpox or influenza, individuals with allergic tendencies, those with liver, kidney, or heart diseases, pregnant or nursing women, and the elderly should consult a professional before taking this medication. If symptoms such as rashes, vomiting, indigestion, or dizziness occur during use, discontinue use immediately and consult a doctor or pharmacist. Do not administer this drug to children under 2 years of age; if necessary, seek a doctor's consultation. Serious side effects

  • Hives, severe swelling (edema), chest tightness, cold sweat, paleness, difficulty breathing → shock (anaphylactic) symptoms
  • Severe rashes with high fever, blisters, skin peeling, pain in the mouth/eye mucosa → mucosal skin syndrome (Stevens-Johnson syndrome), toxic epidermal necrolysis
  • Difficulty breathing or shortness of breath, asthma attacks → asthma
  • Yellowing of the skin or eyes (jaundice), extreme fatigue → liver dysfunction

Mild side effects

Nausea, vomiting, loss of appetite, constipation, abdominal pain, gastrointestinal bleeding, discomfort in the stomach, dizziness, hearing loss, swelling, tinnitus, high anion gap metabolic acidosis (HAGMA)
