Individuals with severe hypertension or significant kidney disease should also avoid this medication. Do not take it in conjunction with other cold medicines, cough suppressants, antipyretic analgesics, sedatives, or antihistamines. Children suspected of having chickenpox or influenza, those with specific allergic tendencies, or individuals with liver, kidney, or heart diseases should consult a healthcare professional before use. Pregnant or breastfeeding women should also consult a doctor before taking this medication, and elderly individuals or those with weakened constitutions should exercise caution. If symptoms arise such as rashes, vomiting, dizziness, or anxiety during use, discontinue immediately and consult a healthcare professional. In cases of severe allergic reactions, skin mucosal syndrome, asthma, liver function impairment, interstitial pneumonia, or severe headache, discontinue use immediately. If symptoms do not improve after 5 to 6 doses, consult a healthcare professional. It is generally advised that children under 2 years of age do not use this medication, and if necessary, they should be seen by a doctor.
