Improvement of excessive gastric acid and dyspepsia (e.g., gastric distension)
This medication helps relieve symptoms such as heartburn and discomfort in the upper abdomen, gastric distension, bloating, nausea, and vomiting caused by excessive gastric acid. It also improves gastric pain and belching, helps alleviate dyspepsia due to loss of appetite and overeating, and assists in easing uncomfortable symptoms in the stomach while promoting digestive function to maintain comfort in daily life. This medication is used for these symptoms.
For adults, take 2 tablets per dose, 3 times a day after meals.
This medication should not be used in patients undergoing dialysis treatment. This medication contains lactose, so it should not be administered to patients with galactose intolerance or specific lactose enzyme deficiencies, as well as those with genetic issues such as glucose-galactose malabsorption. Patients allergic or hypersensitive to soybean oil, soy, or peanuts should not take this medication. Patients who have previously experienced allergic reactions to this drug or are currently taking other medications should use it with caution. Patients with kidney or liver problems, those receiving medical treatment, patients with low phosphate levels, and those who have issues with lipid metabolism or need to be cautious with lipoid emulsions should also be careful. Patients with high blood pressure or those who are elderly, as well as patients with heart or kidney issues, or those with edema should consult with a doctor or pharmacist before taking this medication. If symptoms such as decreased urine output, swelling in the face or extremities, heaviness of eyelids, stiffness of hands, increased blood pressure, or headaches occur, discontinue use immediately and consult a specialist. Long-term use may lead to symptoms of hyperaldosteronism, such as hypokalemia, increased blood pressure, fluid retention, swelling, or weight gain; therefore, serum potassium levels should be monitored regularly. Muscle pathology symptoms such as muscle weakness, cramps, or paralysis may occur due to hypokalemia; discontinuation should be considered if these symptoms appear. Care should be taken when concurrently taking potassium-containing or licorice-containing medications and certain diuretics, as the risk of hyperaldosteronism or hypokalemia may increase. If allergic symptoms such as rash or itching occur while using this medication, discontinue use immediately and consult a specialist. Rarely, symptoms such as drowsiness, dizziness, fatigue, headache, constipation, or dry mouth may occur; if these symptoms arise, use should be stopped and a doctor or pharmacist consulted. Palpitations or liver function abnormalities may occur rarely; if any unusual symptoms arise, consult a specialist. Adhere strictly to the prescribed dosage and application, and if symptoms do not improve after two weeks of use, discontinue and consult. Long-term continuous use should be avoided, and patients with a history of kidney disease should consult a specialist before taking. Patients at risk of fat overload should monitor blood lipid levels and adjust the dosage accordingly. This medication should not be taken in combination with gastrointestinal analgesics or antispasmodics. Children under 15 years old, pregnant women, those who may become pregnant, or breastfeeding women should not take this medication. This medication should be stored out of reach of children and kept in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Additionally, it is important not to transfer it to another container to maintain quality.

Do not take this medication in combination with gastrointestinal analgesics and antispasmodics. Caution is needed when taking it together with potassium-containing agents, licorice-containing agents, glycyrrhizin, or its salts. Consult a doctor or pharmacist when taking loop diuretics (e.g., furosemide, ethacrynic acid) or thiazide diuretics (e.g., trichlormethiazide) concurrently.
This medication should be stored in a tightly closed container that can block light, kept at room temperature between 1 and 30 degrees Celsius. Storing it this way helps maintain the efficacy of the medication and prevents deterioration.
