How to take

Adult dose

Aged 15 and older: Take 2 capsules three times a day, 30 minutes after meals

Precautions

This medication can cause liver damage if taken by someone who regularly drinks more than three glasses of alcohol a day, so consultation with a doctor or pharmacist is essential. The acetaminophen component in this medicine can rarely cause serious skin reactions, so if a rash or hypersensitivity symptoms appear, the treatment should be stopped immediately. The maximum daily dosage of acetaminophen should not exceed 4,000mg, and it should not be taken with other acetaminophen-containing medications. Those who have allergies to this medication or its ingredients, have a history of asthma, infants under 3 months of age, and those currently or recently taking MAO inhibitors should not take this medication. During use, it should not be taken with cough suppressants, expectorants, other cold medicines, antipyretics, sedatives, or antihistamines. Children suspected of having chickenpox or influenza, those with a history of allergies or drug allergies, patients with liver, kidney, or heart diseases, elderly individuals, and pregnant or breastfeeding women must consult a healthcare professional before use. If abnormal symptoms like rash, itching, nausea, dizziness, or anxiety occur during use, stop taking immediately and consult healthcare personnel. It is generally not recommended for children under 2 years old to use this medication, and if absolutely necessary, a doctor's consultation is required. The prescribed methods and dosages must be strictly followed, and long-term use should be avoided along with alcohol consumption. Caution is needed when taking this medication with certain antidepressants or alcohol, as it may delay the metabolism of acetaminophen. Rarely, serious metabolic acidosis may occur when this drug is taken together with the antibiotic flucloxacillin, so stop taking immediately if any abnormal symptoms are suspected. This medication should be stored out of reach of children, in a cool and dry place, tightly sealed, avoiding direct sunlight.
