The maximum daily dose of acetaminophen is 4,000mg; caution is needed as concurrent use with other acetaminophen products may cause liver damage. Due to the presence of pseudoephedrine, if severe skin reactions such as fever, erythema, or small blisters occur, stop taking the medication and consult a doctor. Individuals who are allergic to this medication or its components, have a history of asthma, or infants under 3 months of age should not take it. People currently taking or who have stopped taking MAO inhibitors (such as antidepressants) in the last two weeks, those with severe hypertension, or kidney disease should not take this medication. If abnormal symptoms such as rash, itching, vomiting, swelling, or dizziness occur during use, discontinue taking immediately and consult a doctor; severe cases may require emergency treatment. Children under 2 years of age should generally not take this medication without medical advice. Be sure to follow the prescribed dosage and regimen, avoid prolonged use, and refrain from alcohol consumption during treatment. Drowsiness may occur after taking this medication, so driving or operating machinery should be avoided, and caution is needed as it may affect liver metabolism when combined with certain medications.
