This medication is used for painful muscle spasms accompanying musculoskeletal disorders, such as shoulder myofascial pain syndrome, pericapsular shoulder synovitis, and low back pain. How to take

Adult dose

This medication is a controlled-release tablet that should be taken whole, without crushing, splitting, or chewing. It is orally administered after meals, 1 tablet (75 mg as Eperison Hydrochloride) twice a day. The dosage may be adjusted appropriately according to age and symptoms.

Precautions

This medication should not be used in patients with an allergic reaction to it or in patients with myasthenia gravis. Patients with a history of drug hypersensitivity or those with poor liver function should use this medication with caution, as liver function may worsen. This medication can rarely cause severe allergic reactions or serious skin abnormal symptoms, so if symptoms such as redness, itching, hives, swelling, shortness of breath, fever, blisters, or conjunctival congestion occur, discontinue use immediately and seek medical assistance.
