This medication is used to effectively relieve the discomfort associated with several symptoms accompanying a cold, including sore throat, cough, phlegm, chills, fever, headache, joint pain, and muscle pain.

How to take

Adult dose

Adults and children aged 15 and over: Take 1 tablet three times a day after meals at 30 minutes.

Precautions

This medication may cause liver damage in persons who regularly drink more than three glasses of alcohol daily, so consultation with a doctor or pharmacist is essential. Additionally, this medication contains acetaminophen, and exceeding the maximum daily dose of 4,000mg may cause severe liver damage, so caution is advised. During the use of this medication, do not take other antipyretics, cold medicines, sedatives, or antihistamines together. If any abnormal symptoms such as a rash, itching, or swelling appear on the skin, discontinue use immediately and consult a doctor. Individuals allergic to Yellow No. 4 (Tartrazine) in this product should use it cautiously, and those with a history of allergies or asthma should also exercise caution. Particularly, infants under three months of age should not take this medication, and children under two years old should consult a doctor before use. Women who are pregnant or breastfeeding, as well as individuals with liver, kidney, or heart diseases, must consult a professional before taking this medication. If symptoms such as fever, rash, vomiting, dizziness, or insomnia occur during use, discontinue use immediately and consult medical personnel. This medication should be used strictly according to prescribed dosages and routes, and long-term use is not recommended. Avoid alcohol during use, and caution is needed as certain antidepressants or barbiturates may affect the metabolism of acetaminophen in the body. Finally, this medication should be stored out of the reach of children in a cool and dry place, and should not be transferred to another container for safety.
