This medication relieves pain from headaches, neuralgia, muscular pain, menstrual pain, and sprains, and reduces fever and pain caused by colds. It is also effective for various types of pain such as toothache, joint pain, and rheumatic pain. It improves the discomfort of patients by being used for a variety of pains and fever.

Dosage and Administration

Adult dosage

Take 2 tablets every 6 hours. Do not exceed a maximum of 8 tablets in one day.

Precautions

This medication should be consulted with a doctor or pharmacist before use by individuals who regularly consume more than three glasses of alcohol per day. This medication contains acetaminophen, and taking it with other acetaminophen products can cause liver damage, so they should not be taken together. This medication is contraindicated for certain patients, such as those allergic to it, those with peptic ulcers, severe blood abnormalities, liver or kidney dysfunction, heart failure, and those with a history of aspirin-induced asthma. Patients with liver or kidney issues, peptic ulcers, blood abnormalities, bleeding tendencies, cardiac dysfunction, hypersensitivity, history of bronchial asthma, and elderly patients should use this medication cautiously. During use, symptoms such as difficulty breathing, rash, nausea, vomiting, loss of appetite, skin rash, or severe skin reactions may occur, so if any unusual symptoms appear, use should be stopped immediately and medical assistance should be sought. Prolonged use of this medication can affect liver and kidney functions, necessitating regular check-ups, and other treatment methods should be considered. In case of acute pain or fever, medication should be taken according to the severity of symptoms, and it is advisable not to use the same medication for an extended period. After taking the medication, the patient’s condition should be closely monitored for any side effects, especially for children with high fever, elderly individuals, and patients with chronic illnesses. It is recommended to avoid using this medication in conjunction with other non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs, and extreme caution should be taken when administering to elderly individuals and children, starting at the minimum dosage. Without a doctor’s instructions, adults should not take this medication for more than 10 days for pain, more than 5 days for children, and not more than 3 days for fever. Caution is needed as prolonged use may lead to interstitial nephritis or blood abnormalities, and it should be used carefully with appropriate antibiotics in patients with infections. This medication may interact with certain drugs, so caution is needed when combined with barbiturates, tricyclic antidepressants, alcohol, lithium, and some diuretics.
