This medicine helps relieve symptoms such as nasal congestion, runny nose, sneezing, tearing, sore throat, and a feeling of heaviness in the head caused by acute rhinitis, allergic rhinitis, and sinusitis. These symptoms can cause discomfort in daily life, and using this medication can improve symptoms for a more comfortable experience. Therefore, it is used to alleviate discomfort caused by the common cold, allergic rhinitis, and sinusitis.

How to take

Adult dose

For individuals aged 15 years and older, take 1 tablet three times a day after meals. There should be an interval of at least 4 hours between doses.

Precautions

This medicine should not be taken by infants under 3 months old. Individuals who have had allergic reactions to this medicine or its ingredients, or have a history of such reactions, should not take it. Breastfeeding women should avoid taking this medicine or, if they do take it, must stop breastfeeding. Patients currently taking or have stopped taking MAO inhibitors such as antidepressants, antipsychotics, mood stabilizers, or anti-Parkinson's medications within the last two weeks should not take this medicine. This medicine contains lactose, so individuals with a genetically determined inability to digest lactose should not take it. While taking this medicine, do not use other oral medications for rhinitis, cold medications containing antihistamines, cough suppressants and expectorants, anti-nausea medications, allergy medications, or medications containing diphenhydramine. For infants and young children aged 2 years and under who are over 3 months of age, doctors’ consultation is required before taking this medication, and it should only be administered when absolutely necessary, with careful observation by guardians. Those with allergy tendencies or individuals who have previously experienced allergic symptoms such as fever, rash, asthma, or itching from medications should consult a specialist before taking this medicine. Individuals with heart or liver diseases, blood clotting disorders, glaucoma, dysuria, or those who are weak or have high fever should consult a doctor before taking this medication. Pregnant women or those who could become pregnant, elderly patients, and those currently in treatment should consult a specialist before taking. Individuals with smoking habits, asthma, chronic bronchitis, emphysema, or a persistent cough lasting more than a week accompanied by phlegm, fever or rash, or a persistent headache also need consultation before taking this medication. If symptoms such as hemorrhagic stroke, nausea, vomiting, severe thirst, constipation, decreased appetite, rash, itching, or dysuria occur after taking, immediately stop using and consult a specialist. If symptoms do not improve after taking for 5 to 6 doses, stop taking and consult a doctor. It is essential to strictly adhere to the prescribed methods of administration and dosage, and care should be taken to avoid prolonged use. Drowsiness may occur during use, so it is advisable to avoid driving or operating machinery. Alcohol should be avoided while taking this medication. This medicine should be kept out of the reach of children and should be stored in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight in a sealed container. To maintain quality, caution should be taken to not transfer to another container.
