This medication is used to relieve various cold symptoms such as runny nose, nasal congestion, sneezing, sore throat, cough, phlegm, chills, fever, headache, joint pain, and muscle aches.

How to take

Adult dose

Adults: 1 tablet per dose, 3 times a day after meals, 30 minutes

Precautions

This medication can burden the liver, so individuals who regularly consume more than three glasses of alcohol per day must consult a physician or pharmacist before use. During the course of taking this medication, serious skin reactions such as severe rash or blisters may occur. If such symptoms appear, the medication should be discontinued immediately and professional consultation obtained. Caution must be taken not to exceed the daily maximum dosage due to the presence of acetaminophen, and it should not be taken with other medications containing acetaminophen. Avoid using this medication if you have allergies to it or its ingredients, have a history of asthma, are an infant less than 3 months old, or are taking certain antidepressants or antipsychotic medications. During use, do not take other medications that include cold medicines, antipyretic analgesics, sedatives, or antihistamines, and avoid cough or phlegm medications as well. Especially, children, pregnant or breastfeeding women, individuals with liver or kidney disease, and patients with hypertension or diabetes should consult a physician or pharmacist before use. If symptoms such as rash, itching, vomiting, dizziness, or insomnia occur after taking the medication, discontinue use immediately and seek professional advice. This medication should be taken according to the prescribed method and dosage, prolonged use is not recommended, and alcohol should be avoided during use. Furthermore, caution is needed when driving or operating machinery, as drowsiness may occur. Store in a cool, dry place out of reach of children, avoiding direct sunlight and do not transfer to other containers.

Hives, severe swelling, chest tightness, cold sweat, pallor, difficulty breathing, severe rash with high fever, blisters, skin peeling, pain in mouth/eye mucous membranes, asthma, yellowing of the skin or eyes (jaundice), extreme lethargy, respiratory difficulties along with cough and fever, severe skin adverse reactions (Stevens-Johnson syndrome, toxic epidermal necrolysis), severe allergic reactions

Drug interactions
