Adult dose

Aged 15 years and older: 20 mL three times daily, 30 minutes after meals and at bedtime. Dose interval 4 hours.

Child dose

Aged 11 to under 15 years: 13 mL three times daily, 30 minutes after meals and at bedtime. Dose interval 4 hours. Aged 7 to under 11 years: 10 mL once.

This medicine can put strain on the liver, so individuals who drink heavily on a daily basis should consult a doctor or pharmacist before taking it. Due to ingredients in this medicine, rare but serious skin rashes or allergic reactions may occur, so if any unusual skin symptoms arise, discontinue use immediately and consult a specialist. Care should be taken not to exceed the recommended daily dosage due to the presence of acetaminophen, and it should not be taken simultaneously with other products containing acetaminophen. Those who have had an allergic reaction to this medicine, individuals with a history of asthma, infants under 3 months of age, and those taking certain antidepressants or antipsychotics should not take this medication. While taking this medicine, avoid combining it with cough medicines, other cold medications, analgesics, sedatives, or antihistamines. Children suspected of having chickenpox or flu, individuals with allergic tendencies or certain conditions, pregnant or breastfeeding women should consult professionals before taking this medication. It is generally safer not to administer it to children under 2 years of age except in special cases. If symptoms such as rash, itching, vomiting, or dizziness occur after taking the medication, discontinue use immediately and consult a doctor. Strictly adhere to prescribed methods and dosages, avoid long-term use, and supervise when administered to children. Avoid alcohol while taking this medication, as it may cause drowsiness; driving or operating machinery should be avoided.

Serious side effects

• Hives, severe swelling (edema), chest tightness, difficulty breathing, cold sweats, pallor
• Severe rash with high fever, blisters, skin peeling, pain in the mucous membranes of the mouth/eyes
• Asthma attacks, breathing difficulties accompanied by cough and fever
• Yellowing of the skin or eyes (jaundice), extreme lethargy
