Improvement of chronic arterial occlusive disease (ulcer, pain, etc.) and prevention of recurrence of cerebral infarction
This medication is used to improve ischemic symptoms associated with chronic arterial occlusive disease, such as ulcers, pain, and coldness. It is also effective in preventing recurrence after a cerebral infarction occurs. Thus, it helps alleviate symptoms caused by vascular problems and prevents the recurrence of cerebrovascular diseases.
Usually, adults should take 200mg orally once a day. This medicine should be taken on an empty stomach, avoiding meals.
This medication may increase heart rate, which could lead to angina symptoms; therefore, careful observation of symptoms such as chest pain is necessary. It should not be administered to patients with a risk of bleeding or those who have recently had a bleeding disorder, and patients with congestive heart failure should also be cautious as symptoms may worsen with this medication. It should not be given to patients with hypersensitivity to this drug or to pregnant or nursing women. Pregnant women or those who may become pregnant and nursing mothers should not take this medication, particularly during pregnancy as it may affect the fetus.
