This medication is used to relieve fever and pain caused by colds, headaches, neuralgia, muscle pain, menstrual pain, and sprain pain, as well as dental pain, joint pain, and rheumatic pain, helping to improve overall pain.

How to take

Adult dose

Take 2 capsules at a time, 3 to 4 times a day (every 4 to 6 hours) as needed. Do not exceed a maximum of 4 grams (12 capsules) in a day. This medication should be taken at the minimum effective dose for the shortest duration possible.

Child dose

Children aged 12 years and older can take 2 capsules at a time, 3 to 4 times a day (every 4 to 6 hours) as needed. Do not exceed a maximum of 4 grams (12 capsules) in a day. This medication should be taken at the minimum effective dose for the shortest duration possible.

Precautions

This medication can cause liver damage, so individuals who regularly consume more than three glasses of alcohol daily should consult their doctor or pharmacist before use. If severe skin reactions such as rash, itching, or red spots occur during the use of this medication, discontinue use immediately and consult a healthcare professional. Care must be taken not to exceed the maximum daily dose, and it should not be taken with other products containing acetaminophen. Individuals with allergies to this medication or with a history of peptic ulcers, severe liver impairment, renal impairment, cardiac dysfunction, or aspirin-induced asthma should not use it. It is also safer not to take this medication if certain drugs are being taken or alcohol is consumed. Those with liver or kidney issues, blood abnormalities, bleeding tendencies, asthma, elderly individuals, or those who are pregnant or breastfeeding should consult a healthcare professional before use. If symptoms of severe allergic reactions, difficulty breathing, rash, vomiting, gastric bleeding occur, discontinue use immediately and consult a doctor. Long-term use requires regular blood tests and liver function tests, and dosage adjustment or discontinuation may be necessary if abnormalities arise.
