Short-term relief of moderate pain (post-surgical) and fever
This medication is used for the short-term treatment of moderate pain, particularly postoperative pain, and for the short-term treatment of fever. It can be administered intravenously quickly when there is a need for rapid treatment due to pain or high fever, or when other routes of administration are difficult, making it effective for patients. For adults weighing 50kg or more, administer intravenously 1000mg of acetaminophen 4 times daily, with a minimum interval of 4 hours. The maximum daily dosage should not exceed 4 grams. For children weighing 33kg or more or adults weighing less than 50kg, administer intravenously approximately 15mg/kg of acetaminophen as a single dose, with a minimum interval of 4 hours.
