It quickly alleviates these symptoms when they occur, reducing discomfort for the patient. It helps to effectively manage cold symptoms.

How to take

Adult dose

Ages 15 and above: Take 2 capsules three times a day, 30 minutes after meals.

Child dose

Ages 8 to less than 15: Take 1 capsule three times a day, 30 minutes after meals.

Precautions

This medicine may cause liver damage in individuals who regularly consume more than three alcoholic beverages per day, so it is essential to consult a physician or pharmacist first. Due to the presence of acetaminophen, serious skin reactions such as severe rash or blisters, Stevens-Johnson syndrome, etc., may occur rarely. If these symptoms appear, discontinue use immediately. The daily maximum dosage of acetaminophen should not exceed 4,000mg, and it should not be taken with other products containing acetaminophen. Due to the presence of pseudoephedrine, if symptoms such as fever, skin rash, or pustules occur, discontinue use immediately and consult a professional. Individuals who have a history of allergic reactions to this medication or similar medications, have experienced asthma or hypersensitivity reactions, infants under 3 months, those taking specific antidepressants or psychiatric medications, and those with severe hypertension or kidney disease should not take this medication. Do not take this medication concurrently with other medicines containing cough suppressants, cold medications, antipyretics, sedatives, and antihistamines. Children suspected of having chickenpox or influenza, individuals with specific allergic conditions, those with liver, kidney, heart diseases, and pregnant or breastfeeding women should consult a professional before use. If symptoms such as rash, vomiting, dizziness, anxiety, severe skin reactions, asthma symptoms, or signs of liver dysfunction occur after taking this medication, discontinue use immediately and consult a physician or pharmacist. Children under 2 years old should not take this medication, except in specific cases, and must strictly follow the physician's instructions. Adhere to the prescribed dosage and administration, avoid prolonged use, refrain from alcohol, and note that drowsiness may occur, so avoid driving or operating machinery.

Itching, nausea, vomiting, loss of appetite, constipation, edema, difficulty urinating, dryness, dizziness, anxiety, tremors, insomnia, high anion gap metabolic acidosis (HAGMA), rash, flushing

Drug interactions

This medication should not be taken with oral medications containing MAO inhibitors (antidepressants, antipsychotics, mood stabilizers, antiparkinsons, etc.), cough suppressants, cold medications, antipyretics, sedatives, and antihistamines. Do not take this medication within two weeks after stopping MAO inhibitors. If you are taking diabetes medications, gout medications, arthritis medications, anticoagulants, or steroids, consult your physician or pharmacist.
