Relief of cold symptoms (sore throat, cough, etc.)
This medication effectively alleviates several symptoms of the cold, including sore throat, cough, phlegm, chills, fever, headache, joint pain, and muscle pain. When experiencing discomfort due to cold symptoms, it helps to alleviate them and assists in daily activities.
Ages 15 and older: Take 1 tablet, 3 times a day, 30 minutes after meals.
This medication may impose a burden on the liver; therefore, individuals who regularly consume more than three glasses of alcohol daily should consult with a doctor or pharmacist. If any abnormal symptoms such as rash or itching occur during the use of this medication, immediate discontinuation and consultation with a healthcare professional is required. This medication contains acetaminophen, so attention must be paid to not exceed a maximum of 4,000mg per day, and it should not be taken with other acetaminophen-containing medicines. Individuals who have had allergic reactions to this medication or its ingredients in the past, or those with asthma should not take this medication. Infants under three months old should not take this medication, and even those over three months old must consult a doctor before use if they are under two years of age. Individuals currently taking or recently stopping certain medications, such as antidepressants or antipsychotics, should definitely consult a healthcare professional before taking this medication. This medication contains lactose; hence individuals with lactose intolerance or certain genetic metabolic abnormalities should not take it. It is safer not to take it simultaneously with other cold medicines, antipyretics, sedatives, or antihistamines. Children suspected of having chickenpox or influenza, as well as individuals with allergic tendencies or chronic illnesses, should consult a professional before taking this medication. If symptoms such as rash, vomiting, dizziness, or insomnia occur during usage, immediate discontinuation and consultation with a doctor or pharmacist are necessary. In particular, if severe allergic reactions, serious skin blistering, shortness of breath, or jaundice occur, immediate medical attention should be sought. Be sure to adhere to the prescribed dosage and duration of use, and avoid taking it for long periods. Avoid alcohol while taking this medication, and consult a professional if taken with specific drugs since it may slow down the metabolism of acetaminophen in the body. This medication should be stored out of reach of children, protected from direct sunlight, and kept in a cool, dry place. Also, to maintain quality, it’s best not to transfer it to another container.
