This medication is used to relieve symptoms such as nasal congestion, runny nose, sneezing, tearing, sore throat, and heaviness in the head caused by acute rhinitis, allergic rhinitis, and sinusitis.

How to take

Adult dose

For individuals aged 15 and older and adults: Take 1 tablet, 3 times a day, after each meal. The dosage interval should be at least 4 hours apart.

Precautions

This medication should not be taken by infants under 3 months of age. Additionally, it should not be used by individuals with a history of hypersensitivity to this medication or its components. Lactating women should either avoid taking this medication or discontinue breastfeeding if they do. Individuals currently taking or who have recently (within the last 2 weeks) discontinued MAO inhibitors (such as antidepressants, antipsychotics, mood stabilizers, or antiparkinsonian medications) should not take this medication. This medication contains lactose, so those with lactose intolerance, inherited lactose enzyme deficiency, or glucose-galactose malabsorption syndrome should not use it. While taking this medication, do not take other oral medications for rhinitis, cold medications containing antihistamines, cough suppressants and expectorants, antiemetics, allergy medications, and formulations that contain diphenhydramine (including topical medications). Before taking this medication, consult a doctor, dentist, or pharmacist if you have any of the following symptoms or fit any of the categories: If you have a history of allergic reactions such as urticaria, contact dermatitis, migraines, or food allergies; experienced any symptoms of drug allergies before; have heart or liver diseases, blood coagulation disorders, glaucoma, urinary difficulties, are weakened or have a high fever, are pregnant or could become pregnant, are elderly, are currently undergoing treatment, or have chronic cough or fever, rash, or persistent headaches associated with smoking or asthma. Additionally, because this medication contains Yellow No. 4 (Tartrazine), individuals with hypersensitivity or allergic history to this component should use caution. If any abnormal symptoms such as signs of hemorrhagic stroke, nausea, vomiting, severe thirst, constipation, loss of appetite, rash, itching, urinary difficulties occur during use, discontinue use immediately and consult a professional. If symptoms do not improve after taking it 5-6 times, stop taking it and consult a doctor. Do not administer this medication to children under 2 years of age, except in necessary cases where a doctor's assessment is required. This medication must be taken strictly according to the prescribed dosage and administration, and should not be taken over a long period. It may cause drowsiness, so avoid operating vehicles or machinery and refrain from drinking alcohol during use. When storing, keep it in a tightly sealed container out of reach of children, avoid direct sunlight, and store in a cool, dry place. Also, to prevent misuse and maintain quality, do not transfer it to another container.
