This medicine is used to relieve various symptoms of a cold, including runny nose, nasal congestion, sneezing, sore throat, cough, phlegm, chills, fever, headache, joint pain, and muscle pain.
Ages 15 and above: 2 capsules 30 minutes after meals, three times a day
Ages 8 to under 15: 1 capsule 30 minutes after meals, three times a day
This medication may put a strain on the liver, so individuals who regularly consume more than three alcoholic drinks per day must consult with a doctor or pharmacist before taking this medicine. Rarely, serious skin reactions such as significant skin rashes or blisters can occur due to the ingredients in this medicine. If any unusual skin symptoms appear after taking it, stop taking the medication immediately and consult a professional. Be careful not to take more than 4,000 mg of this medicine or similar ingredients in one day, and do not take it with other products containing acetaminophen. Due to the ingredients in this medicine, serious skin reactions may occur, so if you develop fever, rash, or small blisters, stop taking it and consult a professional. Those allergic to this medicine or its components, those who have previously experienced asthma after taking similar medications, infants under 3 months old, those currently taking or have stopped specific psychiatric medications within two weeks, and individuals with severe hypertension or kidney diseases should not take this medicine. While taking this medication, it is advisable not to take cough medicines, other cold medicines, antipyretics, sedatives, or antihistamines. Children, especially those under 15 years old or suspected of having an infection, must consult with a doctor before taking this medication, as should individuals with allergies or those with liver, kidney, heart, or thyroid diseases. If symptoms such as rash, itching, vomiting, swelling, dizziness, severe skin reactions, shortness of breath, or jaundice occur during treatment, stop taking the medication immediately and consult a doctor or pharmacist. This medicine should not be used for children under the age of 2, and if absolutely necessary, a doctor's care should be sought. Make sure to follow the prescribed dosage and administration, avoid long-term use, refrain from alcohol consumption, and be cautious while driving or operating machinery as drowsiness may occur. Also, be aware that the metabolism of the drug may be delayed when taken with certain antidepressants or alcohol, and it is advisable to consult a professional before taking it with other medications due to potential side effects.

Do not take this medicine with other products containing acetaminophen, MAO inhibitors (antidepressants, antipsychotics, mood stabilizers, anti-Parkinson's medications, etc.), cough suppressants, other cold medications, antipyretics, sedatives, or antihistamines (oral preparations for rhinitis, motion sickness, allergy medications), diabetes medications, gout medications, arthritis medications, anticoagulants, steroids, barbiturate medications, and tricyclic antidepressants.
Do not consume alcohol while taking this medication. Consult your doctor or pharmacist when taking with alcohol.
This medicine should be stored in a tightly sealed container to protect it from air and moisture. It is best to maintain a storage temperature between 1 degree and 30 degrees Celsius at room temperature.
