Mucolysis and improved expectoration of sputum in acute and chronic respiratory diseases
This medication helps to thin out sticky mucus caused by acute and chronic respiratory diseases, making it easier to expel during coughing. This aids in breathing more comfortably and is effective in removing phlegm. Therefore, it is used for mucolytic and expectorant purposes in acute and chronic respiratory diseases.
Adults: Administer 300 mg of erdosteine orally 2~3 times daily. When used for acute respiratory disease, do not administer continuously for more than 10 days.
