This medication can cause liver damage if taken by individuals who regularly consume more than three alcoholic drinks daily, so it is essential to consult a physician or pharmacist. As it contains acetaminophen, there is a rare risk of severe skin reactions; discontinue use immediately if any skin rash or hypersensitivity occurs. Exceeding 4,000 mg per day can cause liver damage, therefore do not take other medications that contain acetaminophen concurrently. Individuals who are allergic to this medication or its ingredients, those who have previously experienced asthma attacks, infants less than three months old, or anyone taking certain antidepressants or antipsychotics should not take this medication. This medication should not be taken if there is lactose intolerance or specific hereditary metabolic disorders. Do not combine this medication with cough suppressants, other cold medications, antipyretics, sedatives, or antihistamines during use. Particularly in children or those with certain medical conditions, pregnant women or those who may become pregnant, and individuals taking other medications, consultation with a healthcare professional is necessary before taking this medication. If any symptoms such as rash, itching, nausea, or dizziness occur while taking this medication, discontinue use immediately and consult a healthcare professional; immediate treatment is required for severe allergic reactions or difficulty breathing. Children under the age of two should not take this medication except in special cases, and it should only be administered to children under the supervision of a guardian. It is important to adhere to the prescribed dosage and not to use this medication for extended periods; avoid alcohol consumption during use. Care should be taken when using this medication with certain antibiotics or other drugs as it may cause adverse effects. Finally, this medication should be stored out of the reach of children, protected from direct sunlight, and kept in a cool, dry place.
