Adult dose

Ages 15 and older: Take 2 capsules three times a day, 30 minutes after meals.

This medication may put a strain on the liver, so those who regularly consume more than three drinks a day should consult a doctor or pharmacist before taking it. During treatment with this medication, severe rashes or blisters may occur on the skin, and if such symptoms arise, it should be discontinued immediately and a specialist consulted. Care should be taken not to exceed the maximum daily dose of acetaminophen, and it should not be taken together with other medications containing acetaminophen. Individuals with allergies to this medication or its ingredients, or with a history of asthma, infants under 3 months old, or individuals taking certain antidepressants such as MAO inhibitors should not take this medication. While taking this medication, cough medicines, other cold medications, antipyretics, sedatives, and antihistamines should not be taken together. Those who have had or are suspected of having chickenpox or influenza, individuals with allergic dispositions or certain conditions such as liver, kidney, or heart diseases, and women who are pregnant or breastfeeding should consult a specialist before taking this medication. If symptoms such as rash, itching, nausea, or dizziness occur after taking it, stop taking it immediately and consult a doctor or pharmacist, and if severe allergic reactions or signs of liver dysfunction occur, immediate treatment is necessary. This medication should not be given to children under 2 years old, and if necessary, a doctor's consultation is required. It is essential to adhere to the prescribed usage and dosage, avoid long-term use, and refrain from alcohol consumption during treatment. This medication should be kept out of reach of children and stored in a tightly closed container away from direct sunlight and in a cool place with low humidity. Additionally, it is important not to transfer it to other containers to maintain its quality.

Serious side effects

• Hives, severe swelling, chest tightness, cold sweat, pallor → severe allergic reactions
• High fever with severe rash, blisters, peeling skin, pain in mouth/eyes mucosa → severe skin reactions
• Shortness of breath or difficulty breathing, asthma attacks, respiratory problems accompanied by cough + fever → respiratory issues
• Yellowing of the skin or eyes (jaundice), extreme lethargy → liver dysfunction (jaundice)
