Relief of moderate to severe acute and chronic pain
This medication is used effectively to relieve acute and chronic pain ranging from moderate to severe.
For children aged 12 and older and adults: Adjust the dosage according to the patient's level of pain and treatment response. It is recommended to start with a dose of 4 tablets, and the subsequent dosing interval should be at least 6 hours apart, but not to exceed 16 tablets per day. Administer the lowest effective dose possible for the shortest duration necessary. Do not use this medication for longer than necessary, and if long-term use is required due to the nature and severity of the disease, regular monitoring should be conducted to determine the continued necessity of this medication. Elderly Administer the usual adult dose. However, in patients aged 75 and older, the elimination half-life of tramadol may be increased by 17% when administered orally, so it should be dosed at least 6 hours apart. Renal impairment patients In patients with moderate renal impairment (creatinine clearance of 10-30 ml/min), extend the dosing interval to 12 hours. In patients with severe renal impairment (creatinine clearance of less than 10 ml/min), administration is not recommended. Tramadol is removed very slowly during blood dialysis and filtration; therefore, it is not necessary to re-administer this medication after dialysis to maintain pain relief. Hepatic impairment patients For patients with moderate hepatic impairment, consider cautiously extending the dosing interval for administration. For patients with severe hepatic impairment, do not administer this medication.
For children aged 12 and older and adults: Adjust the dosage according to the patient's level of pain and treatment response. It is recommended to start with a dose of 4 tablets, and the subsequent dosing interval should be at least 6 hours apart, but not to exceed 16 tablets per day.
