How to take

Adult dose

Adults and adolescents aged 12 years and older should take 1 to 2 tablets every 4 to 6 hours. Do not exceed 8 tablets in one day when combining daytime and nighttime use.

Precautions

This medication may put a strain on the liver; therefore, individuals who regularly consume more than three alcoholic beverages a day should consult a doctor or pharmacist before use. During the use of this medication, severe skin reactions, such as rash or small pustules, may occur; if these symptoms appear, discontinue use immediately and consult a professional. People with an allergic reaction to any ingredient in this medication or those who have previously taken this medication or similar medications and experienced asthma should not take it. Particularly, individuals currently taking or recently discontinuing certain medications, such as antidepressants or antipsychotics, individuals with severe hypertension or heart disease should not take this medication. People with lactose intolerance or certain genetic metabolic disorders should not take this medication. While taking this medication, do not use other medications containing acetaminophen to prevent liver damage. Additionally, avoid taking cough suppressants, other cold medications, antihypertensive medications, and medications containing specific ingredients together. Children, individuals with certain conditions, pregnant or breastfeeding women must consult a professional before use. If symptoms such as rash, itching, vomiting, dizziness, or difficulty breathing occur during use, discontinue use immediately and consult a professional. Follow the prescribed dosage and administration strictly; long-term use is not advisable. Avoid alcohol during use, and due to the possibility of drowsiness, refrain from driving or operating machinery. In case of overdose, severe liver damage may occur, so seek treatment immediately even if there are no symptoms.
