This medicine helps relieve various symptoms of a cold such as runny nose, nasal congestion, sneezing, sore throat, cough, and phlegm, as well as systemic symptoms like chills, fever, headache, joint pain, and muscle pain. It supports patients in recovering comfortably by alleviating these diverse symptoms. It is used to reduce the discomfort of cold symptoms and facilitate daily life.

How to take

Adult dose

For ages 15 and older: Take 1 capsule three times a day, 30 minutes after meals.

Precautions

This medicine may cause liver damage, so individuals who regularly consume more than three drinks a day must consult a doctor or pharmacist before taking it. If severe rashes, blisters, or itching symptoms appear during the use of this medicine, immediately discontinue use and consult medical personnel. It contains acetaminophen, so care should be taken not to exceed the maximum daily dosage, and it should not be taken with other medications containing acetaminophen. It contains pseudoephedrine, so if fever or skin abnormalities occur, discontinue use and consult a professional. Individuals who are allergic to this medicine or have previously taken similar medications and experienced asthma, infants under three months old, and those taking certain antidepressants or antipsychotics, and patients with uncontrolled hypertension should not use it. During use, it is safe not to take other cold medicines, antipyretic analgesics, sedatives, or antihistamines. Children who have had or are suspected of having chickenpox or influenza, those with allergic constitutions, or those with liver, kidney, or heart diseases, as well as women who are pregnant or breastfeeding should consult medical personnel before taking it. If symptoms such as rashes, vomiting, swelling, or dizziness occur after taking the medicine, immediately stop taking it and consult a doctor or pharmacist. Immediate treatment is required, especially if severe allergic reactions or skin disease symptoms appear. It is generally advised not to use this medicine in children under two years of age. If absolutely necessary, a doctor's consultation is required. Always adhere to the prescribed dosage and administration and avoid prolonged use and alcohol consumption. Drowsiness may occur during use, so it is advisable to avoid driving or operating machinery.   • Acute generalized exanthematous pustulosis (AGEP), fever, erythema, multiple small pustules.
  • Shortness of breath or difficulty breathing, asthma attacks, cough + fever accompanied breathing abnormalities.
