The vitamins A, D, E, B1, B2, B6, and C included in this medication are necessary for supplementation in various situations such as physical fatigue, during and after pregnancy, in childhood growth, and for the elderly. Vitamin A helps to relieve dry eyes and improve night blindness. Vitamin D is beneficial for healthy bone and dental growth and preventing rickets. Vitamin B1 is effective in alleviating neuralgia, muscle pain, joint pain, and symptoms of beriberi, and is also good for eye fatigue. Vitamin B2 helps to relieve oral inflammation such as stomatitis, cheilitis, angular cheilitis, glossitis, as well as eczema and dermatitis symptoms. Zinc plays a crucial role in strengthening immunity and wound healing. Thus, vitamin and zinc supplementation is used to maintain overall health and improve various symptoms.

How to take

Adult dose

For those aged 12 and older and adults: Take 1 tablet once daily.

Precautions

This medication should not be administered in doses exceeding 5,000 IU to women in the first 3 months of pregnancy or those who may become pregnant due to the risk of congenital malformations in the fetus from excessive vitamin A intake. Patients with hypercalcemia, sarcoidosis, kidney disease, those with a hypersensitivity to this medication, infants under 12 months, patients with kidney stones or severe kidney failure should not take this medication. During treatment, this medication should not be taken with phosphate, calcium salts, oral tetracycline products, antacids, and levodopa. Individuals receiving medical treatment, patients with hyperoxaluria, pregnant or potentially pregnant women, nursing mothers, premature infants, children, patients with cardiac or circulatory dysfunction, kidney disorders, hypoproteinemia, gout, and those with a history of kidney stones should consult medical personnel before taking this medication. If symptoms such as nausea, vomiting, itching, dry skin, swollen painful joints, diarrhea, rashes, irregular heartbeats, central nervous system disorders, gastrointestinal disturbances, hypotension, or pulmonary edema occur during medication, discontinue immediately and consult medical personnel. This medication may lead to tolerance with prolonged high-dose use and may cause side effects such as neuropathy, hematological adverse reactions, peptic ulcers, liver damage, and hyperuricemia when taken with specific vitamins, so caution is necessary. Since vitamin A is adequately supplied in a normal diet, for adjunctive therapy, do not exceed 5,000 IU per day, and strictly adhere to the prescribed dosage and administration. During administration, glucose test results may be affected, and urine color may change, so this should be noted during tests. It is also recommended to avoid tannin-containing beverages such as green tea or black tea before and after taking this medication.

Nausea, vomiting, itching, dry and rough skin, painful joint swelling (edema), diarrhea, gastrointestinal discomfort, constipation, rash, redness (hyperemia), loose stools, red spots, central nervous system dysfunction, gastrointestinal (GI) disorders, digestive disturbances, upper abdominal pain, hypotension, pulmonary edema (lung edema), menstrual irregularities with increased frequency or amount, prolonged bleeding, sensory neuropathy or neurological symptoms, hematological changes.

Not everyone experiences these, and they can vary from person to person.

Interactions

Drug interactions

This medication should not be taken with phosphate, calcium salts, oral tetracycline products, antacids, or levodopa. If taken with oral contraceptives that contain estrogen, anti-aldosterone drugs, or triamterene, consult a doctor or pharmacist.

Food interactions

This medication should be avoided during or before/after taking tannin-containing beverages such as green tea or black tea.

Storage

Store this medication in a sealed container to prevent air or moisture ingress, and it is advisable to keep it at room temperature between 1 to 30 degrees Celsius. Doing so will help maintain the effectiveness and prevent degradation of the medication.
