The vitamins A, D, E, B1, B2, B6, and C included in this medication are necessary for supplementation in various situations such as physical fatigue, during and after pregnancy, in childhood growth, and for the elderly. Vitamin A helps to relieve dry eyes and improve night blindness. Vitamin D is beneficial for healthy bone and dental growth and preventing rickets. Vitamin B1 is effective in alleviating neuralgia, muscle pain, joint pain, and symptoms of beriberi, and is also good for eye fatigue. Vitamin B2 helps to relieve oral inflammation such as stomatitis, cheilitis, angular cheilitis, glossitis, as well as eczema and dermatitis symptoms. Zinc plays a crucial role in strengthening immunity and wound healing. Thus, vitamin and zinc supplementation is used to maintain overall health and improve various symptoms.
