Relief of moderate to severe acute and chronic pain
This medication is used to relieve moderate to severe acute and chronic pain.
For children over 12 years and adults, the dosage is adjusted according to the patient's level of pain and treatment response. Start with an initial dose of 2 tablets, thereafter, maintain a dosing interval of more than 6 hours and not exceed 8 tablets a day. Adhere to the lowest effective dose for the shortest necessary duration and avoid prolonged use without indication. For elderly patients, the usual adult dosage should be administered, however, for those over 75 years, a minimum interval of 6 hours should be maintained.

This medication can burden the liver; therefore, individuals who regularly consume more than three alcoholic beverages daily should consult a physician or pharmacist before taking it. Although rare, severe skin allergic reactions may occur after taking this medication, so if any skin rash or hypersensitivity reaction occurs, it should be stopped immediately and a healthcare professional should be informed. The tramadol component in this medication may increase the risk of seizures, so caution is required for those with a history of seizures or who are taking medications that may induce seizures. Additionally, taking this medication with alcohol or other central nervous system depressants can lead to severe drowsiness, respiratory depression, or coma; therefore, it’s essential to consult a physician before combining them. For patients with acute bronchial asthma, this drug can worsen breathing difficulties, so it must be used in a monitored environment. This medication should not be administered to children, especially those under 12 years old or adolescents under 18 years old who have had tonsillectomy or adenoidectomy. Patients with severely impaired liver or kidney function should consult a physician before using this medication, and dosage adjustments may be necessary. This medication can cause drowsiness or dizziness; therefore, it's advisable to avoid driving or operating hazardous machinery while on this treatment. In case of overdose, serious side effects such as respiratory depression, seizures, and liver damage may occur, so adherence to the prescribed dosage and following the doctor's instructions is crucial. Pregnant or breastfeeding women should consult a healthcare professional before taking this medication, as it may affect the fetus or newborn. There may be potential drug interactions with this medication; therefore, inform healthcare professionals if taking other medications for safe usage. After use, store in a safe place out of reach of children to prevent accidental ingestion or misuse.
