This medication is used to relieve various symptoms of a cold, including runny nose, stuffy nose, sneezing, sore throat, cough, phlegm, chills, fever, headache, joint pain, and muscle pain.

How to take

Adult dose

2 capsules 3 times a day after meals, 30 minutes.

Child dose

1 capsule 3 times a day after meals, 30 minutes.

Precautions

This medication may pose a burden on the liver, so those who regularly consume more than three drinks a day should consult a doctor or pharmacist before taking it. If severe rashes or blister-like symptoms occur on the skin during the use of this medication, discontinue immediately and consult a specialist. This medication contains acetaminophen, so care should be taken not to exceed a maximum daily dose of 4,000 mg, and it should not be taken with other products containing acetaminophen. People who are allergic to this medication or its components, who have previously experienced asthma, infants under three months of age, or those taking certain antidepressants or psychiatric medications should not take this medication. Additionally, those with lactose intolerance or specific metabolic issues should also refrain from taking this medication. During the use of this medication, it is advisable not to take other cold medicines, antipyretics, analgesics, sedatives, or antihistamines. In particular, children, the elderly, individuals with liver or kidney diseases, pregnant women, or nursing mothers should consult a specialist before taking it. If symptoms such as vomiting, rash, itching, dizziness, or insomnia occur during use, discontinue immediately and consult a healthcare provider. This medication should be taken as prescribed, and long-term use should be avoided for safety. Alcohol should be avoided during use, and caution should be taken when driving or operating machinery as drowsiness may occur. Store the medication in a cool, dry place out of the reach of children and do not transfer it to another container.

  • Severe rash with high fever, blisters, skin peeling, pain in oral/conjunctival mucosa → severe skin adverse reaction
  • Asthma, liver dysfunction (systemic lethargy, yellowing of skin or eyes (jaundice))
  • Coughing with shortness of breath, breathlessness, fever → respiratory problem
