Relief of moderate to severe acute and chronic pain
This medication is used to relieve acute or chronic pain ranging from moderate to severe.
For children over 12 years and adults: Dosage should be adjusted according to the level of pain and treatment response. The initial dose of 4 tablets is recommended, and thereafter the dosing interval should be at least 6 hours, but should not exceed 16 tablets per day. Administer the lowest effective dose for the shortest duration possible. Avoid prolonged use beyond necessity and conduct regular monitoring to confirm the necessity of continued administration of this medication if long-term use is required due to the nature and severity of the disease.

Taking this medication along with alcohol or central nervous system depressants such as sedatives can cause severe drowsiness or respiratory depression, so avoid combination or follow a doctor's instructions. Those with head injuries or brain diseases should be cautious as this medication can pose risks of consciousness confusion. This medication may cause physical and psychological dependency; therefore, long-term use should follow a doctor's guidance, and sudden discontinuation may result in withdrawal symptoms. Patients with compromised liver and kidney functions must consult a doctor before using this medication, and dose adjustments may be necessary. This medication is not to be administered to children under 12 years old or adolescents under 18 years old after certain surgeries. Pregnant or breastfeeding women must consult a doctor before using this medication, and it is safer to avoid use during breastfeeding. This medication may cause drowsiness or dizziness, so caution is required when driving or operating machinery. In cases of overdose, serious side effects such as respiratory distress, coma, or seizures may occur, so the recommended dosage must be strictly adhered to, and if an overdose is suspected, immediate emergency measures should be taken. There may be interactions with other medications during the use of this medication; therefore, if you are taking other medications, inform your doctor or pharmacist.
Hives, severe swelling, chest tightness, difficulty breathing, cold sweat, paleness, severe rash with high fever, blisters, skin peeling, pain in oral/ocular mucosa, shortness of breath or trouble breathing, asthma attack, abnormal breathing accompanied by coughing and fever, jaundice in skin or eyes, generalized lethargy, sudden and severe headache, lightning headache, seizures, consciousness confusion, visual disturbances, paralysis, significantly decreased urine output, generalized severe swelling
