Relief of moderate to severe acute and chronic pain
This medication is used to alleviate moderate to severe acute and chronic pain.
Children 12 years and older and adults: The dosage should be adjusted according to the level of pain and therapeutic response. A starting dose of 4 tablets is recommended, and subsequently, the interval between doses should be at least 6 hours, ensuring not to exceed 16 tablets per day. Use the lowest effective dose for the shortest duration necessary. Elderly: Administer the usual adult dosage, but for those 75 years and older, the interval between doses should be at least 6 hours.

This drug may put strain on the liver, so individuals who regularly consume large amounts of alcohol daily should consult a doctor or pharmacist before taking it. This drug may rarely cause serious skin allergic reactions, so if skin rash or hypersensitivity reactions occur, discontinue use immediately. The tramadol component may increase the risk of seizures, so caution is required for those with a history of seizures or those taking other medications that may provoke seizures. For patients with compromised respiratory function or acute asthma, this drug may cause severe respiratory depression and should be administered only in a professional medical setting. Taking this drug with alcohol or central nervous system depressants can result in severe sedation and respiratory depression, and in severe cases, coma or death, so co-administration should be avoided. Patients with head injuries or brain diseases may have a risk of side effects such as increased intracranial pressure when taking this drug, so it should be used cautiously. This drug can lead to psychological and physical dependence, so monitoring for dependence is necessary with long-term use. Especially for patients with impaired liver function, the main ingredients of this drug, acetaminophen and tramadol, can burden the liver, so it should only be taken after consulting with a doctor. In children, especially those under 12 years old or post-operative children, this drug should not be administered, and adolescents should avoid use if there are risk factors. Pregnant or breastfeeding women should decide on the use of this drug after consulting a specialist, as it may pose risks to the fetus or newborn. Caution is required while driving or operating machinery as drowsiness or dizziness may occur. In case of overdose, severe respiratory depression, seizures, liver damage, and life-threatening symptoms can occur, so the prescribed dosage must be strictly adhered to, and if overdose is suspected, seek medical attention immediately. This drug should be stored out of reach of children and not shared with others.
