Patients with head injuries or brain diseases may have a risk of side effects such as increased intracranial pressure when taking this drug, so it should be used cautiously. This drug can lead to psychological and physical dependence, so monitoring for dependence is necessary with long-term use. Especially for patients with impaired liver function, the main ingredients of this drug, acetaminophen and tramadol, can burden the liver, so it should only be taken after consulting with a doctor. In children, especially those under 12 years old or post-operative children, this drug should not be administered, and adolescents should avoid use if there are risk factors.
