Precautions

This medication should be discussed with a doctor or pharmacist before use for individuals who regularly consume more than three alcoholic beverages daily to prevent liver damage. The acetaminophen component in this medication may rarely cause serious skin reactions, so immediate discontinuation is required if a rash or allergic symptoms occur. The maximum daily dosage of acetaminophen should not exceed 4,000 mg and should not be taken with other medications containing acetaminophen. Individuals who have allergies to this medication or its ingredients, have a history of asthma attacks, are infants under three months of age, or are taking certain antidepressants should not use this medication. Additionally, individuals with lactose intolerance or hereditary sugar absorption disorders should not take this medication. During use, do not take cough suppressants, other cold medications, antipyretics or analgesics, sedatives, or antihistamines together with this medication. Patients with allergies to Yellow No. 4 dye should use this medication cautiously. Infants or children infected with varicella or influenza, those with specific allergies, patients with liver, kidney, or heart diseases, gastrointestinal disorders, pregnant or breastfeeding women should consult healthcare professionals before use. If symptoms such as rash, vomiting, dizziness, or insomnia occur after use, immediately discontinue use and consult a doctor; serious allergic reactions or liver function disorders may occur, necessitating caution. This medication should be taken strictly according to the prescribed dosage, not used long-term, and must be administered to children under supervision of guardians. Avoid alcohol during use, and caution is advised when co-administering with certain medications, as this may affect acetaminophen metabolism.
