How to take

Adult dose

Typically, adults (15 years and older) take 1 pouch (single dose) 3 times a day, 30 minutes after meals. The dosing interval is 4 hours.

Precautions

This medication may put a strain on the liver; therefore, individuals who consume more than three alcoholic beverages daily should consult a physician or pharmacist before use. If severe rash, blisters, itching, or other abnormal reactions occur during the use of this medication, immediately discontinue use and consult a healthcare professional. It contains acetaminophen; caution is needed to not exceed the maximum daily dosage, and it should not be taken concurrently with other acetaminophen-containing medications. Individuals with allergies to this medication or its ingredients, those with a history of triggering asthma, infants under 3 months old, and those taking certain antidepressants should not use it. During use, do not take other cold medications, antipyretics, sedatives, or antihistamines containing these substances. Serious side effects

Hives, severe swelling (edema), chest tightness, cold sweat, paleness, difficulty breathing → severe allergic reaction. High fever with severe rash, blisters, peeling skin, pain in mucous membranes of mouth/eyes → severe skin reaction. Asthma. Liver abnormalities (jaundice). Hepatic dysfunction: systemic malaise, jaundice (yellowing of skin or whites of eyes). Interstitial pneumonia: cough, shortness of breath, difficulty breathing, fever. Noticeable decrease in urine output, severe systemic swelling.

Interactions

Drug interactions

Do not take this medication concurrently with cough suppressants, other cold medications, antipyretics, sedatives, or antihistamines.
