Those with allergies to any of the ingredients should not take this medication, nor should infants under 12 months of age, or individuals with hypersensitivity to soybean oil, peanuts, or soybeans. If menstrual flow increases or bleeding persists longer than usual, consult a doctor about such changes. Individuals taking oral contraceptives containing estrogen or those at risk of thrombosis should be cautious, as the risk of thrombosis may increase with vitamin E. Long-term high-dose administration may lead to tolerance, gastrointestinal symptoms, edema, heart problems, etc., so the prescribed dosage must be adhered to. Excessive intake of vitamin A may enhance the risk of osteoporosis in postmenopausal women, so dosage should be monitored.
