This medication contains vitamins A, C, B1, and E, which are especially helpful during physical fatigue, pregnancy and breastfeeding periods, when strength is diminished during or after illness, and particularly in old age. It also relieves dryness of the eyes and improves night blindness (difficulty seeing in the dark). It is effective in alleviating pigmentation such as chloasma and freckles caused by sunlight or skin diseases. It helps prevent gum bleeding and nosebleeds and alleviates symptoms of peripheral circulatory disorders and menopause-related symptoms such as shoulder and neck stiffness, numbness in hands and feet, and cold extremities. It is used for the improvement of various symptoms.

This medication should be used with caution in women in the first three months of pregnancy or those who may become pregnant, as taking more than 5,000 IU of vitamin A daily may pose a risk of congenital defects to the fetus. Those with allergies to any of the ingredients should not take this medication, nor should infants under 12 months of age, or individuals with hypersensitivity to soybean oil, peanuts, or soybeans. It is recommended not to take this medication together with phosphates, calcium salts, certain antibiotics, and antacids. If you are under medical treatment or have certain kidney diseases, gastrointestinal disorders, heart or circulatory problems, protein deficiency, gout, hyperlipidemia, diabetes, etc., you should consult a healthcare professional before taking this medication. If you experience any abnormal symptoms such as nausea, vomiting, skin rash, hair loss, indigestion, hypotension, etc., while taking this medication, you should stop taking it immediately and consult a professional. If menstrual flow increases or bleeding persists longer than usual, consult a doctor about such changes. Individuals taking oral contraceptives containing estrogen or those at risk of thrombosis should be cautious, as the risk of thrombosis may increase with vitamin E. Long-term high-dose administration may lead to tolerance, gastrointestinal symptoms, edema, heart problems, etc., so the prescribed dosage must be adhered to. Excessive intake of vitamin A may enhance the risk of osteoporosis in postmenopausal women, so dosage should be monitored. While taking this medication, it is best to avoid tannin-containing drinks such as green tea and black tea, as they may affect blood glucose test results. Especially patients with lipid metabolism issues should monitor blood lipid levels while taking this medication and adjust dosage if necessary.
