Precautions

This medication may cause liver damage in individuals who consume more than three drinks of alcohol regularly each day, so consult your doctor or pharmacist before use. The pseudoephedrine component in this medication may cause serious skin reactions such as acute generalized exanthematous pustulosis, so if you experience fever, skin rash, or small pustules, discontinue use immediately and consult a professional. Individuals who have had hypersensitivity reactions to this medication, a history of asthma attacks, or significant liver, kidney, or heart dysfunction should not take it. Additionally, due to the presence of acetaminophen, simultaneous use with other acetaminophen products may risk liver damage, thus should be avoided. Caution should be taken when used with cough suppressants, other cold medications, antipyretics, antihistamines, sedatives, and tranquilizers as they may cause central nervous system side effects. During the course of treatment, alcohol should not be consumed, and it is advisable to avoid driving or operating machinery due to potential drowsiness. Especially individuals with allergic tendencies, children, the elderly, pregnant women, and nursing mothers should consult a professional before use. If symptoms do not improve or if unusual symptoms such as rash, itching, vomiting, swelling, dizziness, or shortness of breath occur, discontinue use immediately and consult medical personnel. Long-term use requires regular clinical tests, including liver function tests, and dosage adjustments should be made if abnormalities are found. Store this medication out of reach of children and in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight. It should be stored in its original container; transferring to another container may risk misuse or deterioration in quality.
