This medication is used to treat sinusitis, rhinitis, nasal congestion, and symptoms such as foul-smelling nasal discharge.

How to take

Adult dose

For adults, take 1.5 to 3 tablets twice daily, in the morning and evening on an empty stomach.

Child dose

For children aged 8 to 15 years, take 1 to 1.5 tablets twice daily, in the morning and evening on an empty stomach.

Precautions

This medication should not be taken by children under 8 years of age. Additionally, it contains lactose, so individuals with genetic conditions such as galactose intolerance, Lapp lactase deficiency, or glucose-galactose malabsorption should not take it. Those with high blood pressure or heart or kidney diseases must consult a healthcare professional before taking this medication. Elderly individuals or those with edema should be cautious, and dosage adjustments may be necessary due to decreased physiological function. Individuals taking other medications or undergoing treatment, as well as pregnant or breastfeeding women, should consult a professional before taking this medication. People with a history of liver disease or severely compromised health should also seek advice before taking this medication. Those with weak stomachs may experience symptoms like loss of appetite, gastric discomfort, or diarrhea, so caution is advised. Individuals with severely weakened physical condition may experience adverse reactions more easily and symptoms could worsen, so care is necessary when taking this medication. If symptoms such as decreased urine output, swelling of the face or extremities, increased blood pressure, or headaches occur while taking this medication, discontinue use immediately and consult a healthcare professional. If symptoms of muscle weakness, cramps, or paralysis develop, stop taking and consult a medical professional. If gastrointestinal symptoms like loss of appetite, nausea, vomiting, abdominal pain, or diarrhea occur, discontinue use and seek advice.
