Relief of moderate to severe acute and chronic pain
This medication is used to relieve acute and chronic pain ranging from moderate to severe.
An initial dose of 4 tablets is recommended, followed by a dosing interval of at least 6 hours, but not exceeding 16 tablets in one day. Elderly patients should receive the usual adult dose, but for those over 75, it should be administered at intervals of at least 6 hours. For patients with moderate renal impairment, the dosing interval should be extended to 12 hours. This medication is not recommended for patients with severe renal and hepatic impairment.
Children aged 12 years and older are subjected to the same dosage as adults, with dosage adjusted based on the patient's level of pain and treatment response. An initial dose of 4 tablets is recommended, with a minimum dosing interval of 6 hours.
This medication may burden the liver, so those who consume more than a certain amount of alcohol daily should consult a doctor or pharmacist before taking it. If a rash or allergic reaction occurs during the use of this medication, discontinue use immediately and consult a healthcare professional. Caution is required if there is a history of seizures, or if other medications that can induce seizures are being taken.
