Relief of moderate to severe acute and chronic pain
This medication is used to relieve acute and chronic pain ranging from moderate to severe.
For children over 12 years and adults: The dosage is adjusted based on the severity of the patient’s pain and treatment response. An initial dose of 2 tablets is recommended, followed by a minimum interval of 6 hours between doses, ensuring not to exceed 8 tablets in one day. Administer the effective lowest dose for the shortest duration necessary. Avoid prolonged use of this medication beyond necessity, and if long-term use is required due to the nature and severity of the disease, ensure regular monitoring is conducted to confirm the continued necessity of this medication.
For children over 12 years and adults: The dosage is adjusted based on the severity of the patient’s pain and treatment response. An initial dose of 2 tablets is recommended, followed by a minimum interval of 6 hours between doses, up to a maximum of 8 tablets per day.
This medication may cause liver damage in individuals who consume more than the recommended amount of alcohol daily, so consultation with a physician or pharmacist is essential. If a rash or allergic reaction occurs during the use of this medication, immediately discontinue use and seek medical attention. The components of this medication may induce seizures, so caution is advised for patients with a history of seizures or those at high risk for seizures. In particular, combining it with other specific antidepressants or central nervous system depressants may increase the risk of seizures. In patients with acute bronchial asthma, there is a risk of respiratory depression, and this medication should only be administered in settings equipped for cardiopulmonary resuscitation. Concurrent use of this medication with alcohol or benzodiazepine medications may result in severe drowsiness, respiratory depression, or coma, so such combinations should be avoided. Patients with head injuries or brain disorders should exercise caution during administration due to the risk of increased intracranial pressure and respiratory depression. This medication may cause physical and psychological dependence; therefore, careful monitoring for dependence is required during prolonged use. Patients with impaired liver function or liver disease should consult a physician before use and must not exceed the recommended dosage. Patients with certain genotypes may metabolize this medication quickly, increasing the risk of respiratory depression, so caution is necessary. This medication should not be administered to children under 12 years of age or to adolescents under 18 years who have undergone tonsillectomy or adenoidectomy. Patients with sleep apnea or hypoxemia should continuously monitor for worsening symptoms after taking this medication, and dosage adjustments may be necessary. Elderly patients or those at risk for hyponatremia should be closely monitored for symptoms of hyponatremia during medication use. Drowsiness and dizziness may occur while taking this medication, so caution should be exercised when driving or operating machinery. In the event of overdose, severe respiratory depression, seizures, or liver damage may occur; adhere to the recommended dosage, and seek medical attention immediately in case of overdose. This medication may interact with various other medications, so inform your physician or pharmacist if you are taking other medications, especially antidepressants, antibiotics, antifungals, central nervous system depressants, or warfarin. Pregnant or breastfeeding women should consult a physician before use; during breastfeeding, this medication may pass into breast milk and pose risks such as respiratory depression in infants, necessitating either discontinuation of breastfeeding or consultation with a physician.
Hives, severe swelling (edema), chest tightness, difficulty breathing, cold sweat, pallor, severe rash with high fever, blisters, skin peeling, pain in oral/ocular mucous membranes, shortness of breath or difficulty breathing, asthma attack, respiratory distress with cough and fever, yellowing of the skin or eyes (jaundice), extreme lethargy, sudden and severe headache, lightning headache, seizures, altered consciousness, visual disturbances, paralysis, urination issues

Store this medication in a tightly sealed container to prevent air and moisture exposure, and it is recommended to keep it at room temperature between 1 and 30 degrees Celsius. This way, the medication’s effectiveness can be well maintained.
