This medication allows for rapid pain relief as well as continuous management, significantly reducing patient discomfort. Therefore, it is used for moderate to severe acute and chronic pain.

How to take

Adult dose

Children over 12 years and adults: The dosage is adjusted based on the patient’s level of pain and treatment response. It is recommended to take an initial dose of 4 tablets and thereafter maintain at least a 6-hour interval between doses, not to exceed 16 tablets per day. This medication should be used with caution in individuals who regularly consume more than three drinks a day, as it increases the risk of liver damage; consulting a doctor or pharmacist is essential. Rarely, serious skin reactions may occur while taking this medication, so if skin rash or hypersensitivity reactions develop, patients should stop taking it immediately and inform healthcare professionals. The ingredients in this medication may increase the risk of seizures, thus patients with a history of seizures or those taking medications that can provoke seizures should be monitored closely. Rarely, severe allergic reactions such as anaphylaxis may occur, which requires immediate emergency care if breathing difficulties or hives develop. In patients with severe bronchial asthma, the use of this medication may lead to life-threatening respiratory depression, so it should only be administered in a facility equipped with medical equipment. Taking this medication along with alcohol or central nervous system depressants can lead to severe sedation or respiratory depression, and caution is advised in such cases. Patients with head injuries or increased intracranial pressure should be cautious as this medication may further increase brain pressure. This medication can cause physical and psychological dependence, so it should be taken according to a doctor's instructions in long-term use. As it contains acetaminophen, taking an overdose may lead to liver damage; caution should be exercised not to exceed a total daily dose of 4,000mg. Patients with compromised liver function must consult a doctor before taking this medication.
