Treatment should start with one tablet of losartan potassium 50 mg / hydrochlorothiazide 12.5 mg once daily, and if blood pressure is not controlled after three weeks of usage, the maximum dosage can be increased to losartan potassium 100 mg / hydrochlorothiazide 25 mg once daily.
Child dose
There is no experience in using this combination of losartan and hydrochlorothiazide in children and adolescents; therefore, it is not administered to them.

How to take

Adult dose

Precautions
