Precautions

This medication may cause liver damage in individuals who regularly consume more than three glasses of alcohol daily, so it is essential to consult a doctor or pharmacist. It contains acetaminophen, and caution is advised when taken together with other medications containing acetaminophen, as it can strain the liver. Individuals who have previously experienced allergic reactions or asthma attacks due to this medication or similar drugs should not take it. Those with severe liver or kidney diseases, a tendency to bleed, gastrointestinal ulcers, children under 15 years old, or those with severely impaired heart function should not take this medication. Before taking this medication, individuals who are allergic or have a history of drug allergies, adolescents suspected of having an infectious disease, those with chronic conditions such as hypertension or diabetes, pregnant or breastfeeding women, and those taking other medications should consult a doctor or pharmacist. If symptoms do not improve after taking the medication, or if serious adverse reactions such as hives, difficulty breathing, severe rashes, jaundice, or severe abdominal pain occur, immediately stop taking it and consult a healthcare professional. For long-term use, regular blood tests and liver function tests are necessary, and elderly patients should take the minimum dosage while being particularly cautious of adverse reactions. It is advisable to avoid taking this medication with other non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs, and not to take this medication continuously for more than 10 days for pain and more than 3 days for fever.
