How to take

Adult dose

1 tablet at a time, 3 times a day after meals.

Precautions

This medicine may cause liver damage if taken by individuals who regularly consume more than three alcoholic drinks daily; therefore, it is essential to consult a doctor or pharmacist. Since it contains acetaminophen, a rare but severe skin reaction may occur, so if there are any skin rashes or hypersensitivity reactions, discontinue use immediately. Exceeding the maximum daily dose of 4,000mg may cause liver damage, so do not take this medication in conjunction with other medications containing acetaminophen. Individuals allergic to any component of this medication or with a history of hypersensitivity, those who have previously experienced asthma, infants under three months old, and those currently taking or have recently stopped certain antidepressants or antipsychotics must not take this medicine. Individuals with a history of allergy to Yellow No. 4 and Yellow No. 5 dyes should take this medication with caution. While taking this medication, it is advisable not to use cough medicines, other cold medications, antipyretic analgesics, sedatives, or antihistamines. Infants infected with chickenpox or influenza, children under 15 years old, individuals with allergic predispositions or who have previously shown allergic reactions to medications, and those with liver, kidney, or heart diseases, as well as pregnant or breastfeeding women, should consult a doctor or pharmacist before taking this medication. If abnormal symptoms such as rashes, itching, vomiting, or dizziness occur after taking the medicine, discontinue use immediately and consult a professional. This medication should not be administered to children under two years of age except in special cases, and the prescribed dosage and administration guidelines must be strictly followed. Avoid long-term use and refrain from consuming alcohol during treatment, as interactions with certain medications may cause side effects, so caution is necessary. This medication should be stored in a cool, dry place out of reach of children, and it is best not to transfer it to another container.

Rash, erythema (redness), itching, nausea, vomiting, loss of appetite, constipation, swelling, dizziness, anxiety, tremors, insomnia, high anion gap metabolic acidosis (HAGMA)

Drug interactions

Do not take this medication with other products containing acetaminophen, MAO inhibitors (antidepressants, antipsychotics, mood stabilizers, Parkinson's disease medications, etc.), cough suppressants and expectorants, other cold medications, antipyretic analgesics, sedatives, and antihistamines. Consult a doctor or pharmacist when taking with barbiturates or tricyclic antidepressants.
