This medication contains acetaminophen, and caution is required as taking it with other acetaminophen products may cause liver damage. This medication should not be administered to certain patients, such as those with an allergy to this drug, those with peptic ulcers, severe blood disorders, liver dysfunction, kidney dysfunction, heart failure, or patients with aspirin-induced asthma. Patients with liver or kidney issues, a history of peptic ulcers, blood disorders or bleeding tendencies, heart function abnormalities, a history of hypersensitivity, patients with bronchial asthma, and elderly patients should use this medication with extra caution. While taking this medication, allergic reactions such as shortness of breath, angioedema, or hives, as well as asthma attacks may occur. If symptoms appear, discontinue its use immediately and seek appropriate treatment. Various side effects, such as thrombocytopenia, anemia, skin rashes, gastrointestinal bleeding, peptic ulcers, severe skin reactions, etc., may occur, so consult a doctor immediately if any abnormal symptoms arise. For long-term use, regular liver and kidney function tests should be performed, and dosage adjustments or discontinuation may be necessary; other treatment options should also be considered. When using for acute pain or fever, take according to the severity of symptoms, avoid prolonged use, and do not combine with other anti-inflammatory pain relievers. Children and elderly patients should take the minimum dosage cautiously and should not take it for more than 10 days (adults) or 5 days (children) without a doctor's directive. This medication may interact with other drugs; caution is required when taking with barbiturates, tricyclic antidepressants, alcohol, lithium, diuretics, or flucloxacillin. Pregnant women or those who may become pregnant should take this medication only if the benefits outweigh the risks, as it may affect the fetus. Elderly patients are at higher risk of side effects, so they should start at a low dose and closely monitor their condition while taking it. In case of overdose, severe liver damage may occur, requiring appropriate detoxification treatment within 10 to 12 hours after ingestion, and caution is warranted as it may also affect the kidneys and heart. This medication should be kept out of reach of children, and long-term high-dose use has been reported to increase the risk of renal and bladder tumor development, so long-term use should be avoided.
