This medication is used to relieve pain from headaches, neuralgia, muscle pain, menstrual pain, pain from strains, and fever and pain due to colds. It is also effective for toothache, joint pain, and rheumatic pain. This medicine helps improve various types of pain.

Dosage and Administration

Adult dosage

Take 2 tablets every 6 hours, not exceeding 8 tablets per day. Adjust dosage according to age, condition, and symptoms.

Precautions

This medicine should be used with caution in individuals who regularly consume alcohol more than three times a week, and they must consult a doctor or pharmacist before use. This medication contains acetaminophen, and taking it with other acetaminophen products may lead to liver damage; thus, they should not be used together. This medicine should not be used in patients with certain diseases or hypersensitivity, particularly those with a history of peptic ulcers, severe blood abnormalities, liver dysfunction, kidney disorders, heart failure, or aspirin-induced asthma. Individuals with liver or kidney function issues, peptic ulcers, blood abnormalities, bleeding tendencies, heart function irregularities, history of hypersensitivity, bronchial asthma, and the elderly should be administered carefully. During the course of treatment, allergic reactions, difficulty breathing, hives, blood abnormalities, gastrointestinal bleeding, and skin rashes may occur; if any of these symptoms appear, discontinue use immediately and consult a healthcare provider. Regular blood tests and liver function tests are necessary during long-term use, and it is suggested to use this medication only for acute pain or fever while avoiding long-term use. This medicine should not be taken with other anti-inflammatory pain relievers, and care should be taken to administer the minimum dosage to the elderly and children. Pregnant women or those who may become pregnant should only use this medication when the benefits outweigh the risks, and special caution is required in late pregnancy. Overdosage can cause severe liver damage and problems with the kidneys and heart, so immediate medical attention is required. This medication should be kept out of reach of children, and caution should be taken as there have been reports of tumor risk with long-term excessive use.
