How to take

Adult dose

For aceclofenac, take 100 mg every 12 hours, twice a day. For patients with hepatic impairment: the initial dose is 100 mg per day. This medication should be taken as is, without chewing or crushing. Adjust the dosage appropriately according to symptoms. To minimize cardiovascular adverse reactions, it should be used at the lowest effective dose for the shortest duration.

Precautions

This medication may increase the risk of gastrointestinal bleeding in individuals who regularly consume three or more alcoholic beverages a day; thus, consultation with a doctor or pharmacist is essential. This medication may interact with other drugs, so individuals taking anticoagulants, diuretics, ACE inhibitors, lithium, methotrexate, etc., must consult their doctor.
