It effectively improves the discomfort associated with cold symptoms, reducing inconvenience in daily life, and is used for symptom relief to allow patients to recover quickly.
How to take
Adult dose
For ages 15 years and older: 20 mL four times a day after meals and at bedtime. In principle, the dosing interval is every 4 hours.
Child dose
For ages 11 to under 15 years: 13.4 mL four times a day after meals and at bedtime. For ages 7 to under 11 years: 10 mL four times a day after meals and at bedtime.
Precautions
This medication can cause liver damage if taken by individuals who regularly consume more than three glasses of alcohol daily, so it must be discussed with a doctor or pharmacist. If severe rashes, blisters, itching, or other symptoms occur on the skin while taking this medication, stop taking it immediately and consult medical personnel. This medication contains Acetaminophen, and care should be taken not to exceed the maximum daily dosage of 4,000mg; it should not be taken alongside other products containing Acetaminophen. Do not take if you have previously had allergic reactions to this medication or its components, or if you have experienced asthma. It should not be used by infants under three months of age, individuals currently taking or who have recently stopped taking certain antidepressants or MAO inhibitors. During use, it is safe to avoid taking other cold medicines, antipyretics, sedatives, and antihistamines. Avoid alcohol while taking this medication and be cautious of possible drowsiness, so avoid driving or operating machinery. When administering to children, it should be done under the supervision of a guardian, and children under 2 years of age should only take it after a doctor's evaluation. Serious side effects
- Hives, severe swelling (edema), tightness in the chest, difficulty breathing, cold sweat, pallor → symptoms of shock (anaphylaxis)
- Severe rash, blisters, peeling skin, mucous membrane pain in mouth/eyes accompanied by high fever → mucocutaneous syndrome (Stevens-Johnson syndrome), toxic epidermal necrolysis
- Shortness of breath or difficulty breathing, asthma attacks, cough + fever with respiratory abnormalities → asthma, interstitial pneumonia
- Yellowing of the skin or eyes (jaundice), systemic reactions
Mild side effects
Rash, redness, itching, nausea, vomiting, loss of appetite, constipation, swelling (edema), difficulty urinating, dry mouth (persistent or severe), dizziness, anxiety, tremors, insomnia, high anion gap metabolic acidosis (HAGMA)

Interactions
Drug interactions
Do not take this medication alongside cough suppressants, other cold medications, antipyretics, sedatives, and antihistamines. Also, consult a doctor or pharmacist if taken with barbiturates, tricyclic antidepressants, diabetes medications, gout medications, arthritis medications, anticoagulants, and steroids.
Food interactions
Do not consume alcohol while taking this medication.
