This medication should be consulted with a doctor or pharmacist before use by individuals who regularly consume three or more alcoholic drinks daily to prevent liver damage. This medication contains specific ingredients that may cause serious skin reactions like acute generalized exanthematous pustulosis, and if symptoms like fever, erythema, or small blisters occur, it should be discontinued immediately and medical advice should be sought. This medication may cause allergic reactions, so individuals who have previously exhibited allergy symptoms to this medication or similar components should not take it. It is safer not to use this medication if there is a history of asthma attacks or if you are taking specific antidepressants or antipsychotics. Patients with peptic ulcers, severe liver, kidney, or heart dysfunction should refrain from using this medication. Additionally, caution is advised when taken with central nervous system-affecting medications like cough suppressants, cold medicines, antipyretics, antihistamines, sleeping pills, and sedatives, as drowsiness may increase. During treatment, it is recommended not to consume alcoholic beverages, and avoid driving or operating machinery due to potential drowsiness. Individuals with allergic tendencies, history of asthma, high blood pressure, diabetes, thyroid disease, glaucoma, or urinary difficulties should consult with healthcare professionals before use. Pregnant or nursing women, the elderly, and children should also seek expert advice before taking this medication. If symptoms do not improve after use or if any abnormal symptoms such as rash, itchiness, nausea, vomiting, swelling, or difficulty breathing occur, discontinue use and consult a healthcare provider immediately.
