This medication is used to relieve various symptoms associated with colds, including runny nose, nasal congestion, sneezing, sore throat, cough, phlegm, chills, fever, headache, joint pain, and muscle pain.

How to take

Adult dose

Aged 15 years and older 30mL after each meal and if necessary at bedtime. In principle, the dosing interval is every 4 hours.

Child dose

Aged 11 years and older to under 15 years 20mL Aged 7 years and older to under 11 years 15mL Aged 3 years and older to under 7 years 10mL Aged 2 years and older to under 3 years 7.5mL Under 2 years

Precautions

This medication may strain the liver, so individuals who regularly consume more than three alcoholic drinks a day should consult a doctor or pharmacist before taking this drug. The acetaminophen component in this medication may very rarely cause serious skin reactions, so if a rash or allergic reaction occurs after use, discontinue use immediately. The maximum daily dosage of acetaminophen is 4,000mg, and care should be taken not to exceed this dosage, nor should it be taken with other products containing acetaminophen. Do not take this medication if you are allergic to this drug or its ingredients or have a history of asthma, if you are an infant under 3 months of age, or if you are taking specific antidepressants or antipsychotics such as MAO inhibitors. In general, this medication should not be used for children under 2 years of age, except in special cases, and a doctor's evaluation is required in such cases. If symptoms such as rash, itching, vomiting, swelling, dizziness, or insomnia occur during use, discontinue use immediately and consult a healthcare professional, and especially seek emergency treatment if severe allergic reactions or breathing difficulties occur. The prescribed dosage and administration guidelines must be strictly followed, and care should be taken not to use for an extended period. When given to children, adult supervision is required, and while taking the medication, alcohol should be avoided, and care should be taken as drowsiness may occur, avoiding driving or operating machinery. Drug interactions
