How to take

Adult dose

Adults should take 1 capsule twice a day after meals.

Precautions

This medication should not be taken by women in the first 3 months of pregnancy or those who may become pregnant due to the risk of congenital malformations from excessive vitamin A intake; do not exceed 5,000 IU per day. Individuals allergic to any of the ingredients in this medication, patients with Wilson's disease, infants under 12 months, and those with hypersensitivity to soybean oil, beans, or peanuts should not take this drug. If side effects such as nausea, vomiting, skin rashes, hair loss, gastrointestinal disturbances, or low blood pressure occur while taking the medication, it should be discontinued immediately and a healthcare professional consulted. Women should be particularly cautious as this drug may lead to menstrual changes or persistent bleeding, and there may be an increased risk of thrombosis when taking estrogen-containing contraceptives. This medication must be taken according to the prescribed method and dosage, and care must be taken not to exceed 5,000 IU daily since vitamin A is sufficiently ingested through diet. While taking this medicine, beverages containing tannins such as green tea or black tea should be avoided, as they may affect blood glucose test results. Patients with lipid metabolism disorders should regularly monitor their blood lipid levels, and if used in conjunction with other lipid injection medications, dosage adjustments may be necessary to avoid lipid overdose.
